RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of all unworn and unused product for a refund to original form of payment postmarked within 10 business days of order delivery. Items purchased on sale or using a discount are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are unable to issue price adjustments or refunds for shipping at this time.

We currently don't offer exchanges, so please place a new order on our site if you need a new size, style, or color. If you place a new order for the same style, please email [email protected] and we will happily refund the shipping costs for your replacement order.

Return shipping is covered by the customer. All returns should be shipped back using an insured, trackable shipping method. The Wing Store is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

ONLINE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Email [email protected] with your return inquiry. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond with an RMA number that will need to be visible on the exterior of the return package. Returns that do not have the number written on the outside of the package will be returned to sender. The Wing does not cover the cost of return shipping.

  4. Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a refund confirmation via email. Please allow up to 5-10business days to process your return upon receipt.
